I had a co-worker, John, advise me that his wife was in tears over their home computer. The hard drive had crashed. She was in tears because they stored all their family pictures since the time of their children's birth on the machine. They did not back the information up anywhere, so these priceless items were lost.
John brought the computer to work to have our IT professional see if he could recover the information. Our IT pro was formerly with Siemens Corp in the same capacity. He indicated that he was unable to get the hard drive to respond and that it was a total loss.

Once again, Lazarus IT came to my rescue. My computer froze up and I went into panic mode. When my computer goes down, my entire law practice comes to a screeching halt.
